Tracking Nutrition & Meal Plans

The #AhMAZING workouts sponsored by #Beachbody are not enough to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals...  you must incorporate an appropriate nutritional meal plan to support your efforts.

Most of our products have the option of a meal plan or at least nutritional information.  (And you always have the option of incorporating the very highly recommended, healthy deliciousness that is #Shakeology into any regiment!)

Regardless of whether or not you have a specific nutritional plan to follow (as with the #21DayFix) or meal plan suggestions, utilize some of these tips to help you stay on track.

TRACKING.  It's important to take particular note of what you're consuming.  You may be required to tally container counts, count calories, or simply pay attention to protein intake.  If a program requires food tracking, Beachbody often provides some version of a tracker to keep you focused and accurate.  If you're a tech person who needs an electronic option, search your phone's app store for the name of your program and see what you find!  Most apps are created by other active users based on needs they found along their journey.  Test it out and find what works for you.

MENU PLANNING.  It's easy to fall into the trap of taking it as it comes.  If you want to succeed, put the time in on the front end to decide what you will eat and for which meals and have it prepared.  When you are unprepared, you often find yourself in starvation mode and making poor nutritional choices to quiet the hangry beast.  You spent the money.  You're putting in the work in your sneakers.  Don't waste that investment by skimping on the planning.

Keep an eye on the prize and keep ROCKING it!  And if you have a moment of weakness, jump RIGHT back onto plan and keep going.  It's life.  You can DO it!
